Mr Blackwelder introduced the World Languages Department to parents and their 8th graders at last Thursday's Falcon Night. He described the department as "the total package" remarking that World Languages includes culture, food, song, dance, history, psychology and a host of other subjects besides language. Students representing each language stood before the crowd and introduced themselves in in Spanish, Japanese, French and American Sign Language (pictured).
Mr. Lawhead, department chairperson, was also on-hand to answer questions from parents.
